Building Inspector Services
Greetings, I’m Peter Genders, your dedicated building inspector in Hobart and throughout southern Tasmania. At Fearless Building Inspections, we understand the importance of a thorough and detailed building inspection, especially when you’re making such a significant investment.
Purchasing a new property might seem overwhelming, and sometimes the idea of a building inspection could appear tedious or unnecessary. However, an inspection is far from a waste of your valuable time and resources. Without one, you lack vital information about the condition of the property you’re considering. A pre-purchase building inspection not only protects your hard-earned savings but also enables you to make a well-informed decision and could potentially increase your negotiating power.
When a property is put on the market, it’s typically spruced up to look its best. But remember, appearances can be deceiving. There could be hidden defects or issues that, if left unchecked, could cost you significantly in the future. To avoid these nasty surprises, it’s prudent to hire a building inspector before the purchase settlement date.
