Hi! I’m Peter Genders, a Hobart-based building inspector with over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry. If I find defects during your building inspection, you can expect an honest assessment of the issues in your comprehensive inspection report. Where required I will supply a Certification of Defects Certificate to present to your conveyancer.
