Hello! I’m Peter Genders, your premier Hobart building inspector. Hobart born, bred and educated. I’m proud to bring over 30 years of diverse experience in the building and construction industry to Fearless Building Inspections, serving Hobart and all of southern Tasmania.
Throughout my career, I’ve built and renovated some of Hobart’s most spectacular homes. I’ve led large construction projects as a project manager and team leader, roles that have honed my skills for a thorough and meticulous building inspection in Hobart. This extensive experience fuels my unique process of “inspectigation”, a blend of relentless inquiry and rigorous attention to detail.
My commitment to quality has been recognised with my projects attaining multiple state and national awards from the HIA and Master Builders Association. These accolades reflect the integrity and diligence I bring to every building inspection.
