IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that for us to attend a building inspection, you will need to provide the following information:
- Occupied home: If the home is occupied by a tenant or owner, you must seek permission from the Real Estate Agent, who may, in turn, be required to attend the inspection.
- Unoccupied home: If the home is unoccupied, you must still seek permission from the Real Estate Agent.
- Prior arrangements: At Fearless Building Inspections, we’re meticulous professionals and to be able to catch every detail, we need some uninterrupted time. Therefore, if you are proposing to attend our building inspection, we might need an hour or so at the property prior to your arrival, so we can debrief you on any concerns when we’ve completed the inspection.
- Accidents: We don’t take responsibility for injuries or damage caused by third parties during our inspections.
- Getting inside or on top of the roof: Our professionals are used to getting inside or on top of roofs, but this does not mean you can do it as well. We prioritise your safety on top of everything. For that reason, even our equipment, like a ladder, is strictly for our building inspectors to use.
